HEC Liège decided to acquire the neighboring buildings.
The former Sainte-Julienne site, just next to our main building, was bought and renovated over the last two years.
Naturally, sustainability and well-being were, again, our top priorities: insulation, replacement of all the flushes, LED lighting throughout the building with presence detector in public areas and in the sanitary facilities, thermostatic valves, etc.
All interior walls were repainted in white to provide maximum brightness. Various actions were undertaken to favour a pleasant and inspiring working environment; most of the offices overlook a park with trees.
