Here’s how you can contribute:
- Serve as a Contact Point: Be a trusted resource for colleagues and students facing challenges related to diversity and inclusion.
- Relay the HEC S’LAB D&I Campaign: Help promote and spread awareness of the Diversity & Inclusion initiatives and activities within our community.
- Co-Design D&I Actions: Join the Danc’IN Diversity working group and collaborate with the S’LAB to create and implement impactful diversity initiatives.
- Exchange Knowledge and Ideas: Engage in open dialogues, share experiences and innovative ideas to enhance our collective understanding of diversity.
- Evaluate and Celebrate Progress: Work with the team to assess the success of our initiatives, and celebrate milestones and achievements together.
- Encourage Participation: Actively participate in D&I actions and inspire others to get involved, ensuring wide-reaching engagement across the institution.
